Britains Zulu War 20000 Zulu iNdluyengwe Regiment Standing Firing #1 - Boxed

This exquisite figurine portrays a member of the iNdluyengwe Regiment, nicknamed 'The leopard's lair'. Despite the regiment's controversial history at Isandlwana and Rorke's Drift, this figure proudly displays the full dress uniform, complete with a stunning leopard-skin headband, monkey-skin amabheqe, sakabula feathers over the ears, split black ostrich feathers, and a single white ostrich feather in front. The kilt, made of monkey tails, and the amatshoba on the legs are particularly showy and full. Additionally, the figure holds a Martini-Henry rifle and captured ammunition pouches from the Isandlwana battlefield.
